Returns

• You may return any unused, unworn, or undamaged item purchased from our website within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Refunds may take up to 7-10 days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
